Earth Day Fitness Fest
We are very excited to bring the first ever Earth Day Fitness Fest to Panama City Mall. We will kick things off with Sunrise Yoga at 7AM, following CrossFit types of exercise/mini “interactive” competitions at 8AM, and ending with a 5K around Panama City Mall at 9AM. We have partnered with 23rd Street Yoga, Mirror Image CrossFit, Crush, and GNC. There will be giveaways sponsored by Mirror Image CrossFit. Everything will be held outside in the parking lot near the Main Entrance. You don’t have to be a fitness guru to participate.
